Walk To School Cookies
These are a GREAT school recipe; hence the large amounts. (Back when school cooks made everything from scratch.) These are a shortbread cookie that melt in your mouth. They are WONDERFUL. I remember one Christmas break my friend (Judy Van Pelt) and I made meals off these cookies with hot chocolate that Mother made.
