Vermicelli Salad

This was a recipe I received when Mother died. I THINK it came from Mrs. Droddy. This was brought to the house before mom's funeral and it was really good. It is light and has a little kick to it. Everyone loved it and it didn't last long.

Vermicelli Salad:

Cook a box of vermicelli according to directions.

To 1/2 cup oil add: 3 tablespoons lemon juice, 3 tablespoons steak seasoning, 1 tablespoon Tabasco. Pour this mixture over vermicelli and marinate overnight. Add chopped green onions, finely chopped celery, sliced black olives, and pimentos. Stir together. Add 3 tablespoons mayonnaise and stir well before serving.
