French Bread SPread

Mother made this ALL the time for a while. This is really good when you want to "dress up" plain French bread for dinner. We LOVED it.
French Bread Spread:
1/4 cup butter
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon onion salt
1/2 cup chopped black olives
1 cup shredded mozerella cheese
1 loaf French bread (sliced in half ...long ways)
Mix and spread onto bread and bake at 350 until brown and cheese had melted.
